Manager – Hung
For Maii, an enthusiastic companion who has been with Maii since the first days is Hung – a dedicated, strong manager who always brings joy to everyone around him. With a large body and long curly hair tied in a bun, Hung not only made his mark with his outstanding appearance but also with his humor and a devoted spirit for Maii. For Hung, Maii is a place where everyone can feel at home. He devotes a lot of enthusiasm every day, meticulously taking care of the space, carefully reminding the staff in operations, sharing his enthusiasm in the profession, so that Maii always becomes a special place that warmly welcomes you.
Chief Chef – Doan Thang
Thang is not only a chef who loves to cook, but also someone who is passionate about Vietnamese ingredients and spices. Always understand and respect the value of each ingredient in the dish, each traditional vegetable and spice, thereby delicately combining homeland flavors and contemporary creativity.
